Thanks for the link Jim. Pps was not moving between Dec 17,2003 and March 3, 2004 staying at 5.009 with no or 500 volume on average.
If company went public in fall 2003 then the first day trading of 7/12/02 must be a mistake. There is no price or volume data prior to 12/17/03.

Mellon Research was incorporated in May 2000. The company's articles of incorp aren't online. Filings to Arizona SoS show in early 2002 until late 2003, the company was run by Dorothy Frank. They list Mario as taking over on 3 Feb 2004.
