Hey jeffz2 and others.

I didn't receive my vote in the mail either.
So I called TDWaterhouse. They in turn called me back the next
day with a 'control number' I needed to vote on line at
proxyvote.com

I would call tomorrow and let them know you haven't received your
proxy vote yet, if you want your say in this!!!

And yes, I am Canadian
