Wm, I have to agree. What benefit is there to issuing a PR stating that they believe the numbers will be reinstated as materially unchanged if that isn't the case? As far as I can see, there is none. All they would be doing is adding chum to the water, attracting more lawers and lawsuits. I'm holding...I think, with a little luck and some positive moves at the management level (new BOD, adding GC Andersen, etc)we dig ourselves out of this hole!
