This is definitely more along what I was getting at. Just sitting on your hands to spend a higher price later when you could've bought at the sale, just doesn't add up to me.

Your figures clarify things better than mine of course. Both ultimately being, the huge Million Dollar price tag some are trying to attach to this to detract shareholders from sticking around for payday, is more likely than not, not even remotely the case.

I like your explanation of the added dilution being nothing more than to pad the current Owners/BOD's wallets. Then the new Company gobbling 'em up cheap. I couldn't agree more.
