um, prospector, sorry but I'm not a paying member of investor hub and a "public reply" seems to be the best I can do.

I don't want to get dragged into this folks. I wasn't making any insinuation about Faith or anyone else for that matter. My statements were very general and I had no one in mind specifically when I wrote them. My only conclusions about MLON so far is that the PR's are a starting point for knowing what the company is up to. I am highly skeptical of the letter that is being posted saying they know Pina is a criminal because of someone who knows them. If they have a criminal record, post the public info so we can see it for ourselves.

As far as Faith's report, I totally believe what he says about his perceptions. On the flip side, I know several business people who are lousy in their interactions with the general public, but who have the ability to sell their company like mad. I would welcome a professional PR firm to start speaking for Mr. Pina. He reminds me of Melvin, except unlike Melvin he has the ability to release in an official PR what he says.

I wish I had the money to fly to China and verify the contact information that Prospector posted. I don't anyone there, but it would be helpful to know if this is being run out of a junket with wireless connections or a sky-scraper or somewhere in between.

My personal opinion and situation is this. I made a lot of money of the first run. I'm out now. I don't like the chart and wouldn't purchase this again until I see for one, the price stabalize. I believe that this will be back down to .0001 again, and may see a slight increase as it gets closer to the first of the year. This would indicate that at least shareholders believe that the company will become fully reporting as they have stated.

I view this company as being extremely speculative, even more so than CMKX because there is really nothing to verify. At least CMKX has a great lawyer and some mineral claims.

Opps sent it private by mistake first Here is my take on MLON
MLON - One very shady shady company with HYPE News releases followed by either cancellations of the deals or no follow up at all. They rarely name names and when they do other than SFNM there is no history on the companies involved.. Most NRs end up going no where.

They claim to have three staffed offices - All turn out to be those business centers where you can rent a mail box, a voice mail, an email, and a receptionist and use of their facilities.

CEO and CFO both claim to have worked in the securities industry - The CEO claims he worked with Alexander and trust estate. NOTHING on this - was apparently same gig - you pay them to borrow money from them and you may not get it. CFO now sells insurance.
CEO and CFO both have DUI convictions - CEO smacks his wife around also. CFO also CH 7 recently.

They claim to have $120 Million in assets - all in one entity - yes a Pinkie where they have 10 million shares they say at $12 a share and the total maarlet cap of that company is supposedly $1.4 Billion but there is ZERO Info on it - It doesn’t trade - There is simply this
http://www.rbic.us
They trade as RRBK.PK or they actually don't trade - A restricted shell with no shares trading - You can say whatever price you want if ZERO float. .0001 as likely as $14.00
NO filings no nothing just a two page wesbite with the same financial doublespeak as WLSC and MLON

They also claim to have 200 associates???? what is this no names????

Then they have WLSC where they duplicate the NRs and the wesbite even down to typos but thsy do not fully disclose that they are related companies.
