You can look up all of the companies using either MSN MONEY or AOL FINANCE.
The two pages I use on MSN MONEY are:
QUOTE for the dividend & yield
HISTORICAL for the chart, make sure you customize the chart to show the dividends plus click on the time frame you wish to see, 1 year, 3 year , 5 year ect.
