Can anyone tell me why CCTC fell from the $1 level in Jan 10? Was it dulution of shares? An offering?

That's what I've been thinking too, tracker. Shakerzz' employers may be warrent holders who are looking for an exit before the end of March. If news is released now, their selling will limit an otherwise good run. I think we may see a good buying opportunity this week.
