Apparently the Stupak block may have been enough to block the bill so there is talk of another new tricky procedural vote to try to due a technical fix on the original bill. I have no idea how this plays out. Check out the extreme far left site firedoglake.com for details. I, a middle of the road independent, actually find their commentary quite good recently. Even if it comes from the left.
