Sounds nice, but if you do go learn their language and assimilate their culture. Nothing worse than for someone to move into someone else's nation and try to make it over into a mini-version of the nation they left. If life is so good in the nation you came from, stay there. Be advised that traffic tickets there are based on your income, not a set fine, so a speeding ticket might take 100,000 dollars worth of your CDIV profits.
Might also look at Costa Rica, been hearing good things about that nation for retirees, and that was pre-Rush. Panama is also a consideration, south of the Canal. I always liked Germany, lived there for 3 years. I think I was too far north though, in the Kaiserslautern area. Southern Germany would rock.
