in my opinion this is whats going to happen. The pps will increase before the CEO interview tomorrow. Depending on what the CEO says the PPS will adjust. The due or die point for this stock will be monday after close with the PR about the buyer. If the buyer is not named or no PR comes out before the open on tuesday, then this stock is going to crash. If a buyer is named then tuesday should be a good day with some good DD of the buying company.

We don't know exactly when the new shares started showing up do we? We just know it was sometime after the Sept. 30th financial report.
