Are you saying there has never been a stock increase dramatically unless it had overwhelming institutional backing?
Any stock, including PPHM, can have a one day pop. You only have to look to last years's ASCO for that.
But, without institutional backing the pop will never hold because the retail crowd doesn't have the buying power to overcome the dilutive financing that is part and parcel of small-time developmental biotechs.
