Hit the nail on the head.... These questions, including today's "discussion" on Koma ownership, shouldn't be so vague.. There is no insider information associated with contracts between entities, how much are we paying for nascar sponsorship, who owns the products we sell... etc. They are simply being kept from us to confuse new investors. Otherwise Weber/SR would have responded a long time ago when each of these concerns arose to set the record straight. IMO they are placing all the upfront risk onto BBDA shareholders while maintaining full control/ownership if the product becomes successful. If that is the case and is disclosed to us, I will sell my position and suggest that everyone I know sell off as well (and not to blow up my ego, but I represent a huge number of shares...)
PS This may just be Weber's inexperience and not knowing that these are serious concerns for investors. Of course then why would he dodge the issues?
