What is the purpose of adding shares to the AS here. TA say 14 bil now wtf!. got my original investment out will ride the rest to see what happens ,but don't like increase in AS.

Who knows what deal the .01 can be for, it could be for the weeks old 1.X bill, last few weeks of 9.x or todays 10x? (i did not confirm todays, just the 2 previous)
