Exclusive rights denotes licensing and non-ownership. Granting a right (whether exclusive or not) is giving another entity permission to use their owned property.
DLR and BW are BFF, they share common interest and who knows what else, so the only question I have is what are their actual intentions, why have such a mess, are they just trying to cover themselves? Either way, we are the ones who will be left holding the bag if the ship goes down.
