It will remain down here until the market digests the 14.5 MM shares from the offering. This is a common ocurrance that the SP reflects the filing so that everyone has a chance at the discounted price. The only times Ive seen it go outside of this has been when a stock is so good that its rediculously undervalued.
What you say is correct as well. The MMs will try to get ahold of it and keep it down here as long as possible. Exercise price of the warrants is 1.60, and they know that is a guaranteed flip for 33% profit. The more shares they snag, the more they make. And if they get enough they can stall it in the 1.60 range too.
Never the less this is a huge buying op IMO. Loaded up one of my accounts already at 1.18. Im long term on this, so much to be made here.
