ZENG does not report to the SEC

No K's. No Q's. No accounting for the number of shares he sells. He can say anything he wants in a PR because nobody is going to check up on him.

If someone calls, he just has them told that all information is considered "Insider Information" and then blows them off the phone.

Everything about this company screams SCAM. How much money do you have to lose on scams like this one before you learn to recognize the classic symptoms?
