IMO, Luiten is working it as stated in his PRs, look at the Before and After Pics below, certainly activity since the Pics on the www site went up post acquisition and last month when these were taken.......have others as well that answers your question about piping to the Tanks and vehicle activity...the Tanks are located inside and out, and the plant has up to a 5M Gallon Capacity....which Luiten intends to double.......based on his statements

...piping to the tanks runs in the Cement DUCT with the Metal Grid Grate on top that has been run over and over....as noted in the recent tracks......certainly activity goin on.....we have two Pics of the Metal Shipping Container and trailer in the Background as well as Storage Tank Bins, showing movement around the yard in the past 45 days....and a BRAND NEW Forklift.....lololol.........Luiten is Prepping the Site for Production......jmho
