THERE HAS BEEN NOTHING ABOUT THAT. NO OFFICAL NEWS NOTHING. Just a story being spread. Remember so call conversations with the company would be illegal. These so called "phone" conversations happened on the board a few years ago and now they are back. ALL it caused was mad investors who belived it. POW does not need these storys for a price increase. There is too much rock solid info. The bottom line is that when Pow is ready we will see filings. Then it will take time.
A reporting company must post news within 12 or 24 hours of any inside info given. A form 10-sb would have to be filled first. When that happens it will take several months untill its approved. Any problems with the filings will cause futher delays...its a back and forth process
The OTC-BB now requires that a company be fully reporting (i.e., file 10-K's and 10-Q's with the SEC) before it can be listed on the OTC-BB, however, this is not required should the Company decide to become a Pink Sheet company.
