What is class 6 through 8? If cap trust is 5, and they are lumping preferred and common into class 9.

my understanding is that
c/t are class 5
commons and preferred shares are class 9 but I still beleive their is a heirarchy within Class 9. They are lumped into the same class. Doesn't mean they get the same pro rated amount.

Still maintain as a manner of law preferred shares need 100% payout until commons...regardless of what class they are lumped into
