Two questions begging to be asked is to whom is BW selling shares and at what discount? If his buyers are able to sell at $0.0002, they most likely are buying at a lower price in order to make a profit on their "investment". The "money" buying now ain't in the business to lose money.

RS would'nt shake the faithful it would destroy anyones holdings period. In no way would a RS be beneficial other than for the company itself.
