I'm with you there. As much as I would like to see profit and personal gain from this, I think it is more important that justice be served.
That idea was only fueled more for me by that "settlement proposal" Rosen gave (if you can even call it that.) Any jury who looks at all this evidence (that which has already been brought before the court), should without a doubt convict these criminals.
I'm sure there would be even more evidence if the FDIC would actually comply with the Freedom of Information Act and let us see their censored documents.
As great as a settlement and possible quick payout to all the shareholders that suffered loss from this would be, justice would be sweeter and a better service to the American people as a whole.
A message needs to be sent to these people.
