In practice, many deals may reasonably delay for certain legal reasons; however, I feel comfortable for the kind of delay after my DD from different angles and supporting facts.
I am sure the deal is real and should be closed soon; however, I don't know the time yet.
However, as many of others, I do hope and are ready for the deal closing so that the PR news can come out any time soon.
