If I might, IMO, I am no expert, but the way I see it for a lock down with shorts is simple, I could be wrong. Once the true float is locked up,and no new shares are added, then the only shares that can be traded is air shares. Then the MM must cover by only one route, offering more for the shares held by the lucky lock'ies. Imo there Is not a large running total amount of shorts unless they are in fact NSS shares, which i see as unlikely in a stock that has been trending up for the amount of time that some of ours has been. JMHO, as I said, I do not know, I am a novice trader, but from what I have read, this is how I see it. Welcome any response.
