Well I'm willing to see how this story plays out with Ben. Too early to call it, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. First one is basically proven to be a false allegation, and simply awaiting court to be proven. This one has yet to even bring forth charges. I hate to make judement until I see the facts.
