The smart thing has been to accumulate as many shares down here as one can afford to risk. While many have beat the dilution drum, I notice how they have failed to understand why this has NEVER went sub penny? Very simple, the smart money has been loading up all the cheapies for the inevitable. Going to be a real nice payday for the patient.
