OUCH! Getting closer to that 10BIL mark. I thought by now, as it is close to the end of the 3rd quarter, that the share buyback BW promised would happen.

Maybe instead closer to the dreaded R/S?

BW never said he'd do a buyback before the end of the quarter !!
Were did you get that info ?

He capped at 9.5B to raise capital.
After the recievables come in, the buyback starts.
He didn't cap at 9.5 to start buying back right away. What would be the sense of that ?
