I usually cook as simply as possible, Raz.... I do the pancakes but serve only cucumber and spring onions with it.

Sometimes I eliminate the pancakes and serve with lettuce and the obligatory onions.

I'll post the tradtional method of cooking and serving the duck on the FOOD board later.
