In a few weeks, Brian will officially have been CEO of Bebida for 1 year. That's a good length of time to judge his abilities and his intentions for this company.
To date, his abilities are pathetic at best. And that's coming from a self proclaimed "entrepreneur" and "successful" businessman that, in reality, has nothing in his portfolio or resume to merit such claims.
The only thing that has been consistent with Brian is the continuous issuance of new shares without any disclosures to show how that money was ethically used to benefit the corporation and its shareholders.
Over 5 billion shares with a value of over $1.5 million have been issued and BBDA, as a corporation, has nothing tangible to justify such a gross amount dilution. Instead, we have tons of PRs with promises of non-existent products.
