if he wants to hire sales people that is fine. Either on a zero-base or other commissions scheme. I have done my time in Sales.
Then put as ad in a newspaper or on monsterboard, workopolis or other job board and hire some salesmen. This sounds like he wants to hire shareholders, which is either;
- asking people to work for free (most zero-base sales jobs are scams)
- asking shareholders to take inventory and resell it, which is just how MLM schemes work. As soon as there is money changing hands, there is something wrong.
