I'm a day trader but this stock built to much momo to go all the way back down to .029 and if it does its because the company would be deluting shares or a very bad press release. I'm not telling you the price won't drop some before it moves up, however it might just take off and you miss out on these prices. There are more than afew people watching this stock

Disaster..what makes you and your friends think tdgi is going to have a half of sale monday? I mean .029? If you wanted that price last thursday would of been the day..you could try and wait but imo you will not get filled and Tuesday when the stock is .06 or higher you will be asking if .055 will get filled. Imo this week isn't the week to dick around. To much momo and news coming out all at once.

Nice try! Double your price and you will have your shares... No need to bash, just because you are not in yet... This is still a potential 10 bagger or more from these levels... Read this DD:

TDGI (Hannover House) top 10 reasons to invest in this stock:

1) Assets worth $26 million, trading for less than their book value.

2) Already profitable and expecting 500-1000% revenue and earnings growth in 2010. In 2010, the company plans to release six films to theaters, 30 films to DVD and Blu-Ray as well as six books. Projecting Revenue of $22-$39 million with earnings of $3.75-$8.55 million dollars.

3) CEO Eric Parkinson, former NASDAQ CEO of Hemdale Communications, Inc. where he managed to achieve more than $150-million in revenues through the release of 90 feature films." Including "The Terminator" and Oscar Winner "Platoon".

4) Low share structure: Shares O/S 461,206,692
Float unchanged since December 269,600,578
Restricted 191,606,114 (Now includes Hannover's Shares for Merger).

5) No dilution! In December, the Board held a discussion and unanimously agreed to not pursue new financing for the company that would require an issuance of additional common or preferred shares.

6) Kansas Governor, Mark Parkinson, brother of Eric Parkinson.

7) 60,000 retail stores is a nice sized footprint includes just about all the big boys doing business with TDGI/Hannover.
Key retail accounts including WalMart, Target, Best Buy and many many more!

8) Very attractive business where ONE movie can change everything! Summit Entertainment had annual revenues of $8 million before they acquired the rights to Stephanie Meyer's Twilight series. When "Twilight" came out, their revenue grew to $400 million. The second film in the series, "Twilight Saga: New Moon" was released in November and grossed almost $700 million worldwide.

9) TDGI has entered into direct access agreements with more than a dozen of the top U.S.A. based Video-On-Demand providers and retailers. They also have an agreement with Google to establish a video rental and video-on-demand channel for Hannover House movies through YouTube.

10) One of the existing Hannover House catalog titles, "Sacred Prey," a suspense thriller by Vivian Schilling (Erics wife), has been optioned by Warner Brothers Studios for potential production into a major motion picture.

DM - I understand wanting to get the most value out of your investments, esp. when starting out small. if i were you i would watch the opening bell monday, and immediately smack the lowest bid you see. You wont see anything in the .03's ever again, and will likely have to settle for something in the .05's Monday morning. all JMHO...

My advice is.....

Take that $200 you want to spend buying TDGI and use the money to go to Florida for Spring Break and chase some girls. You're young and in college. One day you'll be married like me and your wife won't let you go to Florida for spring break to chase women anymore. Plus, once you're married it won't matter whether you paid .029 or .033....your wife will still take all the money you make and go shopping with the profits, lol.

if we get a dip on Monday I expect it to be around previous high which is the .038 level... I doubt you will be getting them any cheaper than that....I am waiting for any pullback before I add to my core position which is cost averaged in the 1 penny land...

The thing is, even at 4.5 cents... the price is a gift to investors, but I can't be stupid about buying shares, if the flippers or MM's want to test support in the 3's, I will gladly show my support...

But I don't see any possiblility of this going back into the 2's. IMO.

I doubt you will see .029 ever again! Those price levels are gone IMHO.
I am buying more Monday: .036 area.
I feel it will gap up first thing then retrace back to .036.
Then we are off and running again.

If it gaps up and never retraces so be it :-)
I think anything bought under .05 will make you $$.
