I would bet that the trustee will join in those motions and Walrath will grant them in an instance. She knows JPM can afford to pay for these additional costs and I am sure she is very curious to see a second opinion as to values to satisfy herself as to the fairness issue.
Do we know the court date that the judge will rule on those two issues? Or she can rule anytime and there is no need for a court date? Anyoe knows?
I would say that I would be suprised if the judge does not allow EC since she and trustee allowed the EC but after seeing what happened lately nothing will suprise me anymore!
