unfortunately it seems like a RS is NOW the only option. the gross mismanagement of our money has been... well, gross. BW has never increased shareholder value and in the end it looks like he will destroy ALL value to those that once believed in this company (and helped support it). it didn't have to go down this way, but apparently that's how BW does business. not pretty at all.
