What pref's do you guys own. Today was insane and I just a got a letter in the mail today that im being sued for some hospital bill that i was never aware of. Must of been around the time when i still had my health insurance.
I am telling you guys that what happened today makes me sick. Even though it seems this was just a delay tactic because if this was the final deal there would be rioting in the streets. Kross was not there but some other dude apparently. I cant wait to read every single wonderful page from the EC response and i hope it comes soon.
I was physically sick today when i saw them drop it down a ton. I took some losses, but not much. still holding a core wamuq position and i just got some wamkq's. can i get someones input on the prefs. isnt pq have a 1k face and kq a 25 face value?
I don't see where they have to approve since they were allowed in at the judge's discretion. Now that the parent has settled their suit they don't have much to say unless they file their own suit.
As far as the bond holders are concerned the parent will divy out the cash from the settlement.
They too can bring their own suit.
You need to pay attention to the totem pole. It's bond holders, preferred then common shareholders.
