I hate to tell you but it has nothing to do with the EC. The holding company brought the suit and the EC was allowed in as a third party.

The holding company/parent brought the suit and it was settled today.

The common shareholders in a BK proceeding rarely get a dime.

I stunned that the lawyer for the EC didn't even realize what was happening today.
