It's become perfectly obvious that in addition to the FDIC & JPM, that the WMI board of directors & their lawyers are the enemy here. Kudos to the EC for recognising this & calling for a shareholders meeting. Even though some of us may have been a little slow on the uptake here, after todays shenanigans the EC have proved they are way ahead of the curve, which will become very apparent in the coming weeks.
