How can you tell if the Parabolic SAR is with us in the long term? Is it just a matter of checking the chart everyday?

thank you very much. that was kind. i have heard about and read a little about the bollinger band and John Bollinger though i really did know what it meant. though the way things are abbreviated around these boards i just did not put it together. i will check outthe link.
