Opinion only...we consolidate here, next stop .15, consolidate, then 20. 15 and 20 are both resistance levels that can turn into support like 10 is here. Once we break 20, thats when I think it can go ballistic. We hit 30, then blue skies. All in my opinion. I would not be surprised if we hit 20 cents before the end of the month or first part of April. :)
