I heard excerpts of Cheney's speech today. I believe this puts us one step closer to some sort of war as we increase the steadfastness of the "remove Saddam" crusade. This would probably cause a short term pullback in the markets and if it goes like the Gulf War perhaps a steady rise after the initial fear.

USD down 43 cents at this point and yes the reason being given be concern over Cheney's speech.Max
