Network 1 filed the 15c-211 form on iFinix behalf. Their job is not to prop up the stock, instead, now that a fully funtional RealTime is out, they will be promoting INIX and RealTime to their clients

As mimurray and others have pointed out, its hard for any MM to compete with NITE for the top position.

There was nothing "premature" about the MM. NETW fulfilled its main obligation for iFinix by filing the 211.
