it looks like they are letting them plead against what they can make stick, in exchange for dropping the added time of the charges that the prosecution may have shakey ground to stand on.
so they are taking the plea maybe instead of the chance of losing on those charges.. cause then it gets into extra innings in the slammer. anyone that has been the IHUB jail knows how that could be.. I have to admit... matty saved me from doing time in the joint... lol
