i dont care what the sec. says is legal or not legal. lets say jpm knows that there is a settlement coming very soon, couldnt jpm or a subsidiary, or whatever somehow thru all the legal loopholes there is be buying up the shares of wamu as to all the shares traded in the last few days? if jpm could somehow get around this , it would save them billions of dollars. i know i heard jpm couldnt do this buying up shares, i dont trust the sec, or gov.
