I know that you directed this question to ema, but permit me to weigh in. It seems to me that having the IMF revalue the IQD would be a violation of Iraq's sovereignty. I would think that only Iraq can do that, and not some international entity.

I think it will be the CBI but in close coordination with the IMF.

IMHO
