I would say with the way it was done today, that Settlement date, could been seen as this coming friday.. JMHO,, but If there is a settlement announcement, I bet the papers are already prepared for Friday.
Well as far as I am aware the judge will be making a ruling on friday, so if he were to buy back with unsettled funds tomorrow the funds may not settle in time to qualify assuming that actually is the case. You would assume there would be a lot less flippers in the next day or two if anyone were frightened about that as well.
