eck i bought more new shares first then i sell the old shares second no wash . all new shares under dollar.

Is there a site that shows the daily totals for shares bought and sold for the day in any particular stock?

asnap, you just kept yourself from claiming the loss on the stock by doing that (at least on the # of shares you bought back). The only thing you can do is make a basis adjustment. If you were trying to deduct any losses on the stock, you can not buy or sell the identical stock within 30 days of selling it.
