I'm sorry, could you point me at the PR where Dean states he will not go over the 900m O/S. I know I am out of the country right now, but don't remember seeing that one.

I, for one, appreciate the "other point of view" because it gets you thinking. Could QASP gag the TA, raise the O/S to 1.5B and never really "prove" they got the funds? Absolutely.

It's certainly in the realm of possibility, and I certainly wouldn't be condeming someone for the theory.

I hope it doesn't happen, but it's definitely something to think about. Even with all of the "DD" that is done, this is something you can't control, and whether you choose to admit it or not, this thought exists in the back of your head.
