MM has recently received a number of letters from BOM and BONY accusing CORS of being in default of loans due to insolvency.
These he flat out denied with the 8-K's he issued in February.

After filing the 8-K from yesterday and him stating that default "may" now occurr and CH.11 "may" be an option, I can see more of these letters showing up an I hope that they do. MM needs to show his hand.

I am very confused as to how he can go from adamently denying insolvency to saying it's now an option for the company in only a few weeks.

IMO there must be more to this story and I'm holding till we see what it is.
