Thank you Peter. My job actually revolves around corporate actions for big board stocks, albeit from a different perspective. So I interpret the words confirmation and completion as being two completely different things that is why I asked these questions. Mergers involving big board stocks are actually a lot less complicated than this LOL. Although I completely understand what a rev merger is I am not familiar with the steps involved from a pinky perspective. It is a completely different animal. Thanks for all your help.
Just got home to see WOW major news and price action! I thought the merger candidate had to have some serious assets to acomodate the A/S increase. Heavy negotiations are under way and they might release official info on the merger candidates next week. Remember Mino Mar wants the share price as high as possible because their commision depends on it!
All bets are off at this point. This thing might hit a conservative .20 high before all is said and done!
