...and I didn't notice any t-trades!!! Looks like the dilution has subsided! Anyone looking to get in cheaply should do so as quickly as possible...we're going on a little ride folks :)
The last run was due to the "Judge Ruling" in favor of the Electronic Cigarette manufacturers. The FDA has already appealed this ruling and GOT A STAY on Feb 2 2010.
So, expecting another "Big Rally" might be just WISHFUL THINKING on your part. Nothing has changed "Fundamentally" for the company for this to be headed to 9 cents again (unless the FDA loses its appeal, in which case this will zoom to 50 cents in no time).
