When I tried out the BB free trial all of my DVDs were being shipped from Charlotte to Knoxville with a 3-4 day turnaround. At one point, they even gave me two free rental coupons to apologize for their service being so slow and mentioned that they are opening several new hubs soon. When I quit they offered a rate of $15.99 for the next 3 months (I think?) but since then they have done nothing to find out why I quit or to get me to renew my sub.
