I know I'm not, but that doesn't mean he/she isn't. I talked to him last week though. The O/S was increased for a good reason. It is being used to help move forward progress for this company in the long run.
Just my opinion, but I get the sense Dean speaks very "off the cuff" and may offer statements that are contradictory based on a changing sense of where things stand with the company from day to day. I don't think it is malicious, just the nature of a wheeler/dealer constantly adapting to a fluid situation.
Yes, I know this is the "glass half-full" interpretation, but that doesn't make it wrong.
